Another national minority are the Kven people, descendants of Finnish-speaking people who migrated to northern Norway from the 18th up to the 20th century. On trouve aussi une minorité kvène descendue d'un peuple parlant le finnois ayant migré au nord de la Norvège au cours des XVIIe et XIXe siècles.
